Thank you for shopping with Optimus Distributors. We want you to love what you ordered but if something isn't right, here's how our returns work.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Return requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened and unused, with the original bag/packaging intact.

If the bag has been opened or used, the item is not eligible for return or refund, and the customer will be responsible for the full payment of that item.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including any tags or seals.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping labels must be purchased by the customer — we do not provide prepaid return labels.
How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, you'll receive return instructions.

Purchase your own return shipping label and ship the item back to us using a trackable method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [X] business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
